SPICY PEANUT NOODLE SALAD

Flank Steak Serves 4
For noodle salads:
12 oz dried spaghetti
1 large cucumber, peeled, halved lengthwise and seeded
1 large carrot, peeled
1 lb Asian bean sprouts
1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh thinly chopped cilantro
cup fresh thinly chopped scallion (green onion)
1 cup Sisters' Spicy Peanut Sauce or more if needed
cup Sisters' Fresh Lime Soy Sauce


  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, 8 to 10 minutes
  2. In a large bowl, toss all ingredients together
