Flank Steak Serves 4

For salad:
cup thinly sliced red onions
12 to 16 oz mixed green leaf lettuce, baby spinach or other lettuce of your choice
2 medium carrots, grated
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 cup crispy noodles (Asian isle in grocery store)

  1. In a large bowl, toss all salad ingredients except crispy noodles with dressing and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Garnished with crispy noodles.
  For Dressing:
1 cup sister Lime Soy
1 tbsp. Asian sesame oil
